Cornwalis In Abeyance



Many lads, fell that day, their bright red uniforms,
 soaked in unseen, blood.
The lord had his fill,
  of colonist's impudence.
The band marched out, with fife and played:
   " The World Turned Upside Down.
While their tongues in cheek, remained.
