Mother

I love my mother
And she really loves me
In times of hardship
She is always there for me

I love my mother
She gives the warmest hugs
And she loves her coffee
Not one cup but many mugs

I love my mother
She makes me giggle and laugh
Maybe she will become famous
People will ask for her autograph

I love my mother
Sometimes we fight
But do not be scared
My mother will not bite

I love my mother
She holds my hands tight
And she will protect me
All through the night

I love my mother
She is really fun
We go to McDonald's
Have a chicken mayo in a bun

I love my mother
She works really hard
And every year without fail
I will get a birthday card

I love my mother
She makes delicious food
As soon as you put it in your mouth
The herbs and spices taste so good

I love my mother
When I do not know what to do
She will guide me in the right direction
I love my mother and she loves me too
