Unspoken Words

Talesha Jones 1985 (United States)

The memories of your face, I simply just can't  replace.
I'm sorry that I wasn't there or even acted like I didn't care. Now realizing that it wasn't fair.
You gave me wings and showed me how to fly. With the look in your eyes, I felt untouchable I can reach the sky.
I can't lie, I miss you, without you I'm simply blue.
Never had a clue I would be here without you.
Your smile replays in my memory , and that's what it will always be. Man the day I got the call still stings, tears to my eyes is all it brings.
Just wish I got to say I love you, or maybe I appreciate you, everyone says you already knew, still I have no clue.
I just know that deep down inside I will always love you.
And that will always remain so true.
