The Ancients

I look up at the sky. My eyes close…

Inhaling deeply. Peace, stillness, nature. Fill my lungs, my heart, my soul.
Serenity is felt to my bones. Bliss, dreaming, this is my life's destiny.

Encompassed by my calling, whispering to me the secrets of life, feeling love, acceptance, truth…belonging.
Fear not dare be present.

I hear the breeze in the leaves of the storytellers, they chant:
"We love you, we accept you, you are welcome in our realm. We feed your soul, mind, temple. We heal your dark lament and strengthen your roots. You are safe and free of darkness. Light is healer of all”.

The sweet, rustic smell of the Ancients, memories of past. Glorious flashes. Silence, caressing my chaotic aura.

Tears escape from my eyes as I finally exhale. I breathe out the poisons from deep within.

Trembles the body, weak with the struggle between what is and what should be…my soul.
