Majestic Strength

Looking out my window, into the morning sky.
Standing in their winter nakedness the trees reach tall and high.
Frozen in perfection, waiting for their makers touch; to be dressed in all their greenery, to shadow all of us.
Winter wind may blow them, but depth of soil will hold them strong.
Growing in more splendor, showing off their charms.
Years of rings will mark their growth until their purpose is done.
When Gods winds of power says now your time is done.

About this poem
