Through the center of our lives

Wildflowers in bloom
Through its center of the flower
Petals reach out to sky
off the wings of pegasus
in flight

blue bird fly through the chills of night
blue bird sing in the light of our day
Sing blue bird sing
 
Transcend forward past arriving departures
And confines of space and time
To be at home and free at last
To that which remains itself
 
Rhythm and tides
To what survives
Blossoming innocence
of such wandering lives

where eastern stars shine
beyond crescent moons
and colors dance behind
shadows of northern lights
in such pristine crystallizing delight
