Shapes of a flame
Reflected in its shadow
Eternal formless forms of
Raining light

Through its breathless breath
Rising from its sleep
Dawn breaks through
Stillness of
Mists lifting from
The morning fog

Raindrops flow
Through rivers of our lives
Glowing opaqueness
On the trembling edge
Contained within itself
