Interior Gardens

interior gardens within our minds
in the epoch of our existence
trembling grasses beneath our feet
to that which dies before its living

nurtured soil left to dry
within the everywhere of nowhere
outside the inside of our humanity
survived confusions within its reasons

germinated experience expressed by its living
inalienable rights of universal being
consecrated in time it’s given

born of life in its eternity
between the relative of absolutes
contingent within its destiny
conceptual schemes of reference
fade to but shadows past
organic structures transcends
the logic of their descriptions
Beyond the identities of our concoctions

to be the thing itself
like bird on wing that
soars as sings

Assimilated decompositions
acclimated from its grey beginnings
Clung to life’s possessions fleeting
between the splits of our creations
within the normalcy of its absurdity

monuments left silent
dissolve in nature’s way
within the tides of ancient seas
out casted from assembly lines
the herds of their delusions
within the rigidity of regularity
mechanical deserts of desperate desires
will the ebbs and flows of
our dominions
which pass another day
as little tramps we make
our humble way
