and objects of our living life
where eagle ox and lion sleep
 
The split within  begins to heal
the opposites unite to form its whole
that which is contained within
compartments begin to form as one
 
Figures of shadows dance within
between chaotic order of here and now
breathing knots unwind
in flickering shadows of lighted
candles that move like
waving hair

Trees in their roots run deep
mother earth of eastern star
in the sunrise of their sunsets
 
The key unlocks the door
passing through dark forests
of tombs of shadows lost
the light of day that shines
within begins to wake again
