I'm Pleased I Knew You Young

I'm Pleased I Knew You Young

I'm pleased I knew you young,
For joyous songs we sung,.
You may have lost the thrill,
What is more important still
Is how you look to me.
To me you'll always be
The young good looking man!
Still, love me while you can!
For friendship follows love,
Prized more than sex, above
The eternal lust of youth,
Such behavior is uncouth.
I'm comfortable with you.
Love and loyalty win through

In this poem, no matter how the words are pronouned, it is apparent that it the language of true love! Do you not agree? more…
