Depression

He sits in his room alone
Wishing someone was there with him
But he’s just on his phone
Scrolling through old pictures
Thinking of happier moments in life
That he wishes he could go back to
But right now, it's just pain and strife
That he just hopes he’ll somehow get through
He wishes he could talk about it
Maybe with a therapist
But he probably wouldn’t admit it
Cuz he’s still too fucking arrogant
He tells himself it’s all good
And that the pain doesn’t last forever
Maybe he’s just misunderstood
Maybe he just can’t handle the pressure
He holds it all in
Bottles up his depression
That’s why sometimes he cuts his skin
And has some random aggression
He can’t do this much longer
Oh well, the noose is tied
So he takes the painless way out
And just commits suicide
