Brother to brother

Bro street ain’t funny at all
Same place where two brothers turn worst enemies
Place were its an eye for an eye
By gone is never by gone
Each day in the street blood flows in the gutters and it’s no longer a new thing cause we used to it
It’s not called trenches not for the cruise but for a reason
All you owe the street is pay your dues and leave
Never get too attached to it cause in a twinkle of an eye it’s game over
And all you going to hear by your grave side is ashes for ashes the lord has taken back his own.

I’m not writing this too you to get scared or based on whatever you have against me, it’s just that I feel you should know what kinda life you want to start journeying into.
I have tasted it even if for a little and I don’t want to taste no further
The street has thought me manners, the street has thought me things my family were scared and shy of telling me
So when I see you acting all gangster shit I smile
You are not going to heed to warnings it’s normal but the only advice I give is use your head
Make decisions with your mind and not your heart

The mind is strong in making decisions but the heart is easily manipulated with it’s greatest weakness love and pity
That road I have dined and slept in,
That road I can tell you the do’s and don’t
That’s why at my tender age my heart is made of stone because I have been ripped apart, smashed and squashed to the ground, manipulated and used, so I picked up my remains and used the finest of clay and concrete to mold a new heart
That’s why I’m that wolf
