Welcome

When you think you're right they tell you you’re wrong,
But be my guest there's the door if you wanna come along.
Here people come and go, they lie and are fake,
To the point people question how much they can take.
There's empty hallways of words unspoken,
and pieces from the hearts of kids that had been broken.
There is young love that doesn't last,
and more than half, that have useless dads.
There is a loss of words caught on the tips of tongues,
Waiting for the day they will finally speak up.
This place is filled with anger and sadness, happiness here and there.
So you either punch a hole in the wall or you shed a tear.
Like I said happiness is a thing,
Like when the sun shines or it's finally spring.
There are little things that make this place good, and if I could make it all rainbows I surely would.
So here is a world filled with sadness and anxiety,
Welcome to Society.
