3:14 am

and slowly I lose the memory of us
the sound of your accent is leaving from my mind
the sound of your name doesn't pierce my heart anymore
the color of your eyes stops haunting my dreams
the sound of your laughter is fading away
I'm forgetting the touch of your hand
I no longer feel warmth from simply the thought of you
I don’t recall your favourite song
I'm slowly losing memory on how we used to be happy
I'm slowly forgetting who you are
our memories are simply a story of the past
although I'll always carry the pain you handed me
you don't deserve to live in my heart anymore
you are no longer my memory to hold
and I don’t know if that
makes me happy
or terrified
