Rocket Man

I sent a man to the moon
I watched him fly away
All the women swooned
when they looked his way

But down came the rocket
as quick as going up
and out sprang a socket
and blew the whole thing up

About this poem

A metaphor for getting out of your comfort zone and it backfiring on you. The most important thing is to keep trying!
