The first one's too many
But more's not enough
To put in our bodies
This poisonous stuff

We think we can handle it
Just once in a while
But man I can't do it
It's just not my style

How long do you think
You'll keep telling lies
Before your wife leaves you
With tears in her eyes

Keep your head on your shoulders
And talk to me friend
Before you decide
Your life's at an end
