Quoting Burns

Pili B 1965 (Puebla del Caraminal)

Time has come to reign a new kingdom,
never would abolish even if not polished.
While planting seeds she pulled weeds,
Forgot how she desired to be admired.
yet was never applauded nor lauded,
shattered thought she didn't matter.

Her reincarnation, deserved coronation,
in self-defense and without offense.
Her only romance an internal dance,
and her thoughts can never be bought.
With certain she writes in third person,
and shares it with all without a care!

Of all grand actions and demands,
you listened believed she didn't glisten.
Claiming the mark lacking the work,
yet she is the heiress shared success.
Stealing the meaning of her beauty,
can you finally see it now, the wow!

What Burns wrote to which we quote,
"The best laid plans of mice and men."
I have to change and decide to rearrange,
With that which is my name and not same.
The best laid plans of men and women,
only in sovereign could it be driven!
