Race

How could you run so slow
Before you start you get down low
You have to breathe at a constant rate
And run as fast as you can until it's too late
You don't make it first so you yell no!
You're in pure shock of how they past you long ago
Huffing and puffing, starting to blow
You forget about what happened and clean your slate
How could you
You think about what strength you need to grow
After that you try to go with the flow
You think to yourself you'll do great
Reaching your final destiny and fate
So proud you start to glow
How could you
