4.57

swimming through life seas
grateful for soul  body and mind
Meditation’s the  scuba gear
No fish or coral
Its just me that i  find
Breathwork aligned
Self love hearts quite kind
Health dove
Soaring above
limited thought’s defined
Subliminal doubts denied
We once lost and thought that we tried
Now we realize that we are effortless
Heads held on high
Watch now
gold’s glide
Pores oozing pride
Truthfully tell the real you
Water’s Mirror
that U’ve never lied
