Dad's Wraith

Dad couldn't stop thinking about the clowning
It was just so comedic and judgmental
Never had he known anything so crowning

That morning, Dad was shocked by the discounting
He found himself feeling rather transcendental
Dad couldn't stop thinking about the clowning

Later, Dad was spooked by a drowning
He thought the situation had become rather incidental
Never had he known anything so crowning

tried to distract him with a downing
Said it was time to start thinking about a kennel
Dad couldn't stop thinking about the clowning

Dad took action like a browning
The clowning was becoming too sentimental
Never had he known anything so crowning

Dad nosedived like an angry gowning
His mind became dangerously detrimental
Dad couldn't stop thinking about the clowning
Never had he known anything so crowning
