He's looking at me the way I write poems
So deeply
He has a way of breaking my heart
I hope that
When it rains
You think of me

Another sad song is playing on repeat
Just like my own reality
The sun came out
The rainbow represents the good
It's all I have now

This is the last time
I'll ever fall again
I've always been better on my own
You're so hot and cold
It was nice while it lasted
