OCD

Aint nothing
Good in this world
Tearin it up
And makin it curl.

Give it time
Let the wood cure
It’ll dry up
And make a nice urn

Dig it all up
Gotta make that gold
Rivers gone dry
Its taking its toll

Whats the point
Whats the goal
Why cant we just live
Why cant we put a hold..

On this earth we call home.
Its the one we’ve got
Stop taking control

About this poem

Its about the gnawing sensation that our civilization has to rape the earth.
