How to talk to girls

a girl oh so pretty stood ahead of me
her eyes were deep as the dark blue ocean
but bright as the sun on the Florida blue sea
should I make a motion about my emotion

what would I say to woo this smoking gal
or would she just want to be my pal
oh how I wonder what I could do
would she notice me if I walked on through
I ran my hands through my hair and looked up to ponder
when I looked back she had already wandered

About this poem

it hits home when you really get into it. and you'll look back on your life and think of that one time when you didn't make that move.
