Charge your suit

We speak about what's on our minds, of things we can improve, about the things we try to hide behind our silly looks.

The shortages, from deep inside, no one wants to admit, we'll find in those whom enter lives we try to keep discreet.

And as you stand there, screaming loud about this or that, acknowledge, what you scream about is just inside your head.

Now smile wide and take a breath, give us a big'ol hug. Appreciate your every bliss,  be grateful and stuff...

With every breath that you take in, come visit your insides, be sure to tell them that you love their part in your disguise.

Tell every organ you possess how wonderful it is, and how to have it in your suit is simply the bee's knees.

So settle up and ride your breath and see which way it goes. Along its path I'm sure you'll find your inner friends and foes.

Be sure to praise those who work hard while keeping you alive, and mercilessly discard the foods that bring the other guys.

Inhale consciously each breath and pause while in between. Empower said breath to possess the power to heal.

Imagine beam of steady light so white and pure and clean; illuminating your insides - dissolving every ill.

If you're a man, hold your palms up and spin while in one spot. While 21 times be the norm, if you get dizzy, stop.

Bring in a positive vortex and charge your biosuit, the benefits you will receive is worth more than your loot.

Why do you think the army man, the higher be the rank, the wider is the hat they wear; you think it's for the rain?

If you are a woman, hold palms down and spin, just as above. Your energy comes from the Earth, that's why the skirt and stuff.

Remove all footwear and stand firm, reach out through your bare feet. Connect, and channel Earthly tone to make your charge complete.

I wish you all tremendously health, and many years to come. Lives full of joy and good events. Lifes full of Godly OM
