halcyon

I look out of the train,
The clouds are filled with rain,
All my sad thoughts go through a drain,
Now let me have a moment with the rain.

The train starts moving,
I can see all the bad thoughts outside,
Waving at me, bidding me farewell,
I wish them well.

As the journey continues,
I see someone serving tea,
My face lightens up with glee
Ah, what a delight.

As I admire the beauty outside,
The mountains and trees,
That comforting smell of grease,
I can feel my insides melting.

About this poem

it's just a warm thought, and a work of art. Credits to my imagination.
