and to say to those, it gets better

The many broken people that walk the depths of this earth with quiet faces are called antisocial. My meaning of that is “the fear of what happens next”.  Now that many others discriminate against anything whether you're called different or didn't learn things fast enough as a child. That anxiety will throat punch you everytime another human walks by to even say your beautiful. Anxiety is like trying to memorize all of the conversations within a crowded restaurant.. You can take that crowded restaurant and make a conversation with a life or walk out with tears rolling down your face because that fear someone will speak a word to you. Depression  is not only in your feelings or in a cloud but truly unhappy with you! It was said Romans 15:13 “ Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.”. Your happiness will be found even if it's someone finding it with you. Mood swing, bipolar disorder: you walk on the tips of your toes because of fear the next someone is a sob and no good. I can remember one minute I was ok the next I had a blade to my wrist saying my life wasn't worth it. Then laughed after. odd , oppositional defiant disorder it's the manipulative ways that catches eyes while about to walk off a cliff of regret. The wanting to bully just anyone jealousy runs faster than any animal on this earth. It comes together with the words “ it gets better “ i can vouch and say it does but mental health days still exist. Therapist miscommunicates, constantly repeating “ what does that feel like” and “what could you have done differently” the smart remark “ if i knew i wouldn't be here” wants to creep and  sneak and cause an irritation in the ear. To open up to yourself speaks louder and alot more clear when its to you. Having knowledge on these things made me grow not just mentally but spiritually. And i've learnt during my journey i have many chapters in my book called life that I can recall are painful but: Psalm 107:43:Whoever is wise, let him heed these things and consider the great love of the LORD. (NIV).. as a human we are here to learn and teach but learning gets you a way to change the unchangeable. Amen..
