Establishing Judgement & Justice
Enforcing the Rule of Written Law
To insure our domestic Tranquility
Etical Government for Moral Populace
Resolve to provide for common defence
Electors & Electorate in Mutual Pact
Promote the Nation's Economic Welfare
Secure Liberty's Blessings to Posterity
