Is the shattering pain
I feel over & over again
The pain you don't see
Is the voices inside my head
Telling me different ways to
Try it one day
The pain you don't see
Is the continuing mental images
I see everyday, all day
The pain you don't see
Is the hurt I feel for my family
The pain you don't see
Is that, inside I'm already dying
About this poem
In my darkest times is when I wrote this poem. I was battling suicide and a few days later right when I was about to attempt it, I called for help instead.
