Wondering

As each day comes and goes, some longer than others, I can tell she's wondering; "Does he know how much I love Him?"

Each time I hug her like there's no tomorrow and gaze into her beautiful dark brown eyes, I can tell she's wondering, "Does he know how much I love Him?"

As each day comes to a close and we lay entangled with one another, and say goodnight, I can tell she's wondering, "Does he know how much I love Him?"

As we drift off to sleep, our soles as one I can tell she's wondering, "Does he know how much I love Him?"

And I do know, very much so, for I'm wondering if she knows how much I lover Her?"
