Narrative
Laying here awake
Wondering how much more I can take
My life is one big mistake
I give so much and you just take
I'm a hopeless romantic I guess you can say
I give more chances than I'm willing to take
I get attached to easily these days
My guard was down for a little bit
But believe I put that back up quick
I have to protect the part of my heart left
I have to rebuild myself
I will take my time
I will not believe any more lies
