Joe's Drive.
Joe drove home.
Snow flowed. Stones
froze. Joe groaned,
“Joan won’t phone.
Hoes don’t phone.”
Though those roads
glowed, Joe’s hope
sloped. “Oh!” Joe’s
phone showed, “Joan.”
“Don’t go home.”
