JUST A REGULAR MORNING AT THE OLD COFFEE SHOP

Damn
I cam across
Another one
Long brown hair
She stood about
5'11 to 6'0 feet
And I mean
She was solid
And well rounded
She got to play
Basketball or volleyball
Her hair
Was in a tight
Pony tail

JUST A REGULAR MORNING AT THE OLD COFFEE
SHOP

She was
Wearing tight
Jogging pants
And a
Fitness shirt
Almost no
Make up
I'm thinking
Did you just wake up?
She nudged the front
Door of the coffee shop
As she walked inside
I pretended
Like I didn't notice

JUST A REGULAR MORNING AT THE OLD COFFEE
SHOP

I admire her
As she
Walked to the
Front counter
And ordered her
Coffee
I almost didn’t
Notice her purse
Underneath her arm
Or her eye glasses
She had planted
In her hair
She pulled them
Down to read the
Menu
But
I'm only admiring
Her

JUST A REGULAR MORNING AT THE OLD COFFEE
SHOP

She ordered a
Large Turtle
With extra foam
I'm saying to myself
Simple
That's all she ordered
She paid the
Young girl at the counter
With cash
No card
And then she
Waited patiently
For her coffee
I'm saying to myself

JUST A REGULAR MORNING AT THE OLD COFFEE SHOP

Once she got
Her coffee
She took a sip
And smiled
I could see her
 Finally relax
Just getting the
Day started
She then reached
Into her purse
And gave a tip
I was drawn back
Man
You really can't
Judge a book
By its cover
You half to
Open it up
And read it
She whipped pony tail
Over her shoulder
And walked the door
Satisfied
