untitled

tyeisha carter 1979 (philadelphia)

Brain is full...my thoughts are in overload..can't process anything through the fog...I seek refuge..from my brain storm...short memories lasting long...the clouds are distracting the mounds of whispering songs...my thoughts are now like quick sand...the more I think the more I sink....the brain freeze leaves my mind in a dead state....motionless...once I relax my brain it unclogs the process...now I'm getting through the storm...I see a peek of light...and now my ideals are now like woke subjects...alert and determined...never panic when your thoughts are everywhere...relax and allow your mind to meditate....then and only then you can make better choices.
