The day to day promises that are never really maintained
The daily occurrence of people telling me to just trust
Trust, you say!?
Trust
The uncertainty of this word Leads
To my everyday calamity
The undeniable resentment
Trust holds in my heart
Trust, you say
Thanks but no thanks
Trust only leads to another heartbreak.
About this poem
Sometimes after a long time with people you trusted failing you and making the naive decision of trusting people you shouldn't, you learn to not trust because it's only a trap.
