What to do

What do you do when you don't feel like you?
Who do you turn to when the world's against you?
Do I ask for help or just keep going on?
Slitting my wrists every night helps me feel numb
My tear soaked pillow is my nightly escape
It won't tell of the many secrets I keep
I hate living this life today
My mind is warped, I'm not in a good place
My body is numb, I don't feel pain
The scars I hide, so many mistakes
Death is close by this dreary day
Suicide is the only way
