Platonic Romance

Majestic! In my eyes, forever will I
When an Era came to an end, the fire...
Burns deep inside, never wilting, waiting,
Until I fulfill my souls one desire.

Scripted Destiny, pleasant circumstance,
But never will I, as it is a lie,
As the night falls, Despair settles swifty ,
Fate irrelevant, for my heart will die.

A lost Siren seeking her way, healing,
Disillusioned by mirages really,
The ocean seeks such pain and chaos, for
The time has come, for souls to swim freely.

Persistence is not meant to break a flow,
What was, took work and energy making,
The mere construct is bureaucratic,
So I see no reason for it breaking.

May you indulge me in one final chance,
To reignite this Platonic Romance
