Reality (true blue)

Reality
( True Blue )

Storm clouds on the horizon
There’s a chill running through my veins
Another shot of heroin
And my life is shit all the same

There’s a rumbling in the distance
A hunger I can’t control
I’ve lost all my resistance
My life will never be whole

I’ll feel myself slipping into darkness
As anger and pain takes a hold
There’s venom and ice running through my veins
My emotions have all turned cold

As you walk through my alley a short cut you think your on
This garbage, this trash, this human waste, this place here is my home
Going through this passage your existence is in my hands
I’ll cut you, I’ll f*ck you, I’ll take your money
Weather you’re a woman or a man

With blood stains on my clothes and pockets full of change
I’ll get my next fix and I’ll shoot it in my veins
As the warmth takes over my body, I feel you got what you deserve
My radio’s calling me back to my real job
“To Protect And To Serve”
