Anxiety and Depression

I want to be free
But my chains are
Dragging me along.
I’m okay for a while
And then the feeling
Of being alright is gone.
I want to finally be okay
But when I’m finally
Feeling okay,
I start to worry how long the
Happiness will last.
I can’t put my feelings to words.
I feel so numb
And yet I feel
Every feeling at once.
I feel okay
But then I feel so dead.
I can’t stop these terrible feelings
As they’re taking full control.
I can’t stop them at all
As they blaze in my heart
And destroy my head.
