April
APRIL
(BECAUSE YOU MEASURED UP SO RIGHT)
April comes only once a year.
These few months I know you bring me cheer.
As only April can bring.
You have brought me spring.
Eventhough it's for a while,
Your sweet smile brings such a delight.
As do your ebony eyes, with no surprise they have a paralyzing effect.
With no disrespect to your intellect.
Your chocolate springs give me an appetite.
I wish I may, I wish I might have a taste of April springs tonight.
Oh! Boy would I treat her right.
A night for April to remember, even though I want you to stay
I know you must go on your way.
To bring spring and heavenly (chocolate) delight.
To someone that is worthy of your showers.
