I love only you

Heather Lydia Thornhill 1981 (Manchester)

When alone I think of you
I close my eyes
To see your eyes
In my minds eye
When I see you
I look away
So comfortable you sit
and stare at me
I stare at you when you look away
My heart melts and will never stray
For when I close my eyes
Your image stays
and i think of you
beyond the clouds of greys
You are my star
a beacon from afar
So confident you kiss me
And only me
For that I love you eternally
And only you.
As others love washes away
with the tide
you are washed back to me
To soak into the sands of time
Our time together
A fine time
and in fine sands we lay
Covered in love of one another.
That is what I think of you
and only you
My love
I love only you.
