We know

Ashlyn Brena 2001 (Bulawayo)

It was love, I wonder what is it now?
No long phone calls like before.
We still believe we're in love, but how?
We've lost the vibe and we both know

We used to have a late night walk,
Now it's just me counting stars under the moon light in the company of my shadow
Sometimes we don't talk.

Yes we don't talk, but we know,
It's no longer love, no more long kisses no more cuddling,
What is it now?

It's no longer love, I'm sure.
I sometimes think-
I should just leave you and go, but No.
Let's just fix it and rekindle coz we know where we lost it.

Ashlyn Brena.
