When I Meet Him

When I meet him, I'll know, how much he loves me so, the only man who deserves me for me, only then can I let go, the only one who loves me through it all, before and after I built my wall

When I meet him, I'll find, I've been losing my mind, the only man who deserves me for me, knows I've been waiting in line, if he exists, he would bring me the shore, and release me from the ocean floor

When I meet him on land, I hope he'll understand, the only man who deserves me for me, lest he be swallowed by the sand, I dream of the only one with the key, yet all the wolves keep laughing at me

He might meet one of those, demons in their own clothes, the only man who deserves me for me, knows how to leave them exposed, let one more wave, carry me home, to see my people, and never roam
