To Verily Excel In Love

Ought then we to verily excel in love - particularly towards those of the household of our mutual faith - quite much and more - ever to the saints and folks of our living God and fellow heirs and scions -

Surely to those avail an abounding supply of compassion and loving kindness to one another in every occasion and sought for opportunity - whether at day or night - let there be no lack of instances to manifest - prey and hunt for it as lions;

Ever 'hunger in love' for one another, seeking to serve the other in acts indeeds of manifest ministry from dawn to dusk; greatly eager with zeal to mete out compassion toward another - ne'er hesitant to wash and cleanse another's feet;

Such does fulfill our obedience to our Lord as He gave commandment regarding such love toward one another - blessed we are, you and I, to perform and enlist others as well in the same and exact endearing feat.

About this poem

I wrote this poem as an expression to qualify the character of love and how we go about manifesting it.
