Now the day is done
There's nowhere left to run
Now the pain begins
From deep inside again
The memories so clear
All is left, the fear
This waking nightmare
So very hard to bear

Alone in my thoughts
Did I try for naught?
Tightness in my chest
Paranoia is my test
So much pain inside
I just wish to hide
This heartache, so real
Why must I feel?
Anger, from deep within
But they call it a sin
How to clear my head?
