A Prognostication

Putin and Hitler.
Two European warlords.
Birds of same feathers.
Waging dangerous warfare.
One checked, the other must fall.

Hitler and Putin.
Both dangerous bedfellows.
Evil to the core.
The first had his comeuppance.
Putin must also be stopped.

History teaches us.
Evil will never triumph.
Goodness will prevail.
Though oligarchs are braggarts.
They’re always doomed for failure.

Ides of March must come.
For Putin waging warfare.
Now the die is cast.
We pray with strong conviction.
That he will topple quickly.
