Dru Schmidgall 1995 (Illinois)

I am the second season
With the warmer weather

No school for kids
And time for fun

Lots more places to go
which makes for more vacations

Lots more fun activities
There is fun everywhere

Time for more sleep
And maybe even more naps

More things to see in nature
Just have to look around

Lots of frozen treats
Find your favorite one

Don’t waste your days away
By always having fun
