DARK MEETING

A dark meeting held late at night
Where all manner of fiends meet,
Out in the lonesome hilltops
Concealed from the bustling streets.

A fallen priest tries conjuring
Up all kinds of satanic evils,
Imps, goblins, and elfin things
Twirling in monstrous revel.

Around a moonlight altar
Abominations foully dance,
Beautiful naked virgins sway
Trapped with a horrid trance.

Iscaron and Asmodeus howl
Like werewolfs baying at the moon,
Shoggoths and ghastly Night Gaunts
Shrilling, as they break the gloom.

Elephantine creatures lurking
As the devilment loudly goes on,
Ever wary of the coming daylight
By which time they'll all be gone.

But monstrous entities cavort
Soon after darkfall does descend,
Chanting shrilly through the night
Wishing darkness would never end.

A dark meeting held late at night
Where avian beings are squalling,
Goliath piscine terrors shrieking
Through the night they're calling.

Gyrating through the night-time
Monsters of every shape and size,
Squealing out forbidden words
Trying fervidly to make Satan rise.

As the death of innocence arrives
A deafening blast from underground,
And terror once more walks the Earth,
Loping swiftly toward the town.

And from the broken forest
There stands a hole gaping wide,
Which releases myriad behemoths
Escaping into the savage night.
