In prayer and with penitence
we seek union …
with the Holy Spirit.
The Divine Heat, the Sacred Fire.
Brothers and sisters in Christ …
Therein lies the Glory of the Spirit
in every living being …
when it sees and rejoices
in the Light …
The Light that never dies.

About this poem

This poem honors the memory of a sister-in-law, Rebecca Pu, of Rangoon, Burma (Yangon, Myanmar), whose passing is cherished by many relatives and international friends.
