I truly don’t understand you,
Your words don’t match your deeds.
Though I’d love to do the right thing,
I just can’t fathom your needs.

You say you truly love me,
Then you push me far away.
What you say makes no sense at all,
And it changes from day to day.

First you want me by your side,
Then you’re ranting and raving at me.
Sometimes you want me to hold you hand,
And sometimes you turn and flee.

I love you more than life itself,
And I’d gladly die for you,
but you still haven’t made up your mind,
What exactly you want me to do.

I guess all I can do is wait,
Till you finally think it through.
Please decide just what you want,
‘cause I’ll do anything for you.
