I still go around in circles

I still ease my mind

From the terror, I am living

I've got nowhere to hide



Dear self I forgive you

for not knowing what was right

I forgive you for thinking 

that the pain was alright

but I promise you now

That I will be better

for you and for me

for whatever comes later

and if I ever fail you

or get lost on the way

please believe what I say

I will find you 

and hold you

because I am here to stay
